10 Year Teachaversary

Today marks 10 years since I taught my first yoga class, and to celebrate I’ve been teaching my favourite things all week – backbends!

It has been “a journey” to get to this point, and some of you lovely lot have been with me for nearly all of it. 10 lovely years of trying my utmost to bend in half, with varying degrees of success. Here’s to 10 more!
