So far this year we’ve been working on allowing length in the spine and finding space between the vertebrae. As we move towards the end of the month we’ll be introducing more strength in our poses without losing the freedom of movement we’ve created in the back of the body.
We’re starting the new year off with some warming poses as we continue to explore the movements of the spine. Generating some body heat to stave off the chill throughout January!
