Yoga for Stamina 8/9/18

What better way to get back into your practice after the summer break than with some strong poses & flow to improve strength, stamina and muscle function.

Come for an afternoon of yoga with me at the wonderful Bristol Yoga Centre, we’ll be working on our physical strength and stamina.

The content of the practice is aimed at all levels (though attending a few regular classes before is advised) & the poses will be adjusted for each student to promote individual challenge and strength-building.

2.5 hours practice (don’t worry, there’s relaxation in there) and time for an informal chat, questions & refuelling (cake) afterwards!

1400-1700, Saturday 8th September, 2018.
Places are limited so book your place now – £30pp (£25 concessions) – includes refreshments afterwards. Bring a small towel as well as normal yoga clothes.
