What better way to kick start your practice again after summer than with some strong poses & vinyasa to improve strength, stamina and muscle function.
Come for an afternoon of yoga with me at the wonderful Bristol Yoga Centre, we’ll be working on our physical strength and mental stamina in the face of challenging work.
The content of the practice is aimed at all levels (though attending a few regular classes before is advised) but the poses will be adjusted for each student to promote individual challenge and strength-building.
2.5 hours practice (don’t worry, there’s time for relaxation in there) and time for refueling afterwards (refreshments provided)!
