This workshop is a chance to practice a selection of poses that aid in relaxing and calming the mind and body. We will also explore the use of several breathing techniques to aid in our relaxation. There will be an extended guided relaxation session, so please bring blankets and extra layers to keep yourself cosy & warm during the moments of stillness. Tea, coffee and some refueling treats will be available afterwards; as will I if there are any questions you want to ask or feedback you want to give after the session.
