I’ve got a few workshops lined up for spring – this is the first! As always spaces are limited, so get your space reserved via email.

This workshop is a chance to practice a selection of poses that aid in relaxing and calming the mind and body. We will also explore the use of several breathing techniques to aid in our relaxation. There will be an extended guided relaxation session, so please bring blankets and extra layers to keep yourself cosy & warm during the moments of stillness. The studio has plenty of mats and blocks, but if you have other props you like to practice with feel free to bring them along. Parking is available onsite. Tea, coffee and some refuelling treats will be available after the workshop; as will I if there are any questions you want to ask or feedback you want to give after the session.
