I think you should do a beginners YouTube video that old mums can do at home in the morning before they get in the shower so they don’t have to make noises like ‘aaaaaaggghh’ when they stand up.

How about a 10 minute cooldown stretch (lots of counterposes & lengthening), with an optional 5 minute lie-down & breath practice?
