A new yoga centre in the heart of Bristol is offering free yoga and Pilates classes at their studio from 8th – 13th May 2017. They are running the open week to welcome everybody along and find out what they have on offer. So, if you’ve never tried yoga or Pilates before then this is a prefect opportunity to come and see what all the fuss is about. It can be a great way to clear your head after a stressful day or get some energy back if you are running on empty.
