This workshop is a chance to practice a selection of poses that aid in relaxing and calming the mind and body. We will also explore the use of several breathing techniques to aid in our relaxation. There will be an extended guided relaxation session, so please bring blankets and extra layers to keep yourself cosy & warm during the moments of stillness. The usual teas, coffees and cakes will be available afterwards (baked donations encouraged, as always!); as will I if there are any questions you want to ask or feedback you want to give after the session.
