I hope you’re all having a lovely 2 weeks off, and looking forward to the bank holiday weekend. I’ll be starting up classes via Zoom next week from Wednesday (2/9/20). I’ll be running four online community classes a week – two on Wednesday evening and two on Friday morning. I’ll send out joining details every week via email; if you haven’t already, you can sign up for the weekly updates here.
Wednesday 6.00pm – 7.00pm (Hatha)
Wednesday 7.15pm – 8.15pm (Flow)
Friday 10.00am – 11.00am (Hatha)
Friday 11.15am – 12.15am (Flow)
Hatha classes will be the usual posture-based, breath-centred practice, with some meditation. The Flow classes will be a stronger posture-based practice – if you’ve not given it a try yet, now might be the time!
I’ll be asking for a £8 donation for each class (or if you want to attend two classes back to back £12). As with classes over the summer, if payment is an issue then get in touch: I’m happy to offer reduced rates.
In-Studio classes are back soon too (starting 8/9/20), and booking is open! Check Bristol Yoga Centre and Bristol YogaSpace websites for details and booking – I’ll make a longer post about studio classes soon.
